The Proteome Knowledge Graph
The PKG represents one of the most high resolution, comprehensive Heterogeneous network models of proteome associations.
The PKG webtool provides a range of novel search tools for identifying associations across the proteome including finding the shortest path between two proteins and finding proteins that are well connected to any initial set of proteins.
